I took a ring in for sizing. After paying for it I got home I realize they had not done the work. The ring was the exact same size as when I brought it in.When I returned to PAZ jewelry imports with the ring the owner accused me of Lying. He took the ring in the back , about 10 minutes later he handed me the ring. When I got home I realized he had broken the shank of the ring . I placed an order for 4 knife edge burs and get sent four tubes of drill bits in error... I eventually got a refund of order, but was out of pocket the shipping it cost me to sent these drill bits back. I called and talked to their customer service people twice and was told it was up to management if I would recover my shipping cost to right this wrong. To no avail. First they sent me merchandise I did not order and I stated to them that I do not have time to send it back so I paid for it because I could use it. So then they resent the merchandise that I paid for and again they sent me a bunch of different stuff other than what I ordered. I was nice to them on the phone the first time but the second time I got upset with them and they swore at me and hung up on me. How Can I return the merchandise if they hang up on me?
