I had been in the program for sometime, about 8months. Submitting my pay stubs, going over my details every month. Now they did assist me with reviewing my credit, and getting somethings on track with my credit. The Staff are incredibly kind and understanding, and helpful. But the process.... I attended a meeting with Israel I believe hoping to get some help but ended up hanging up half way through the call when she told me I need to practice groveling to the committee. I might have needed help but not enough to lie and grovel in hopes I might get a ridiculously predatory loan. I sought out a loan elsewhere with better terms and I’m so glad I avoided this program. 0/10 do NOT recommend.
I feel they wasted my time having me send them everything they asked for and then do there budget meetings and I've been patient waiting for 4 months and they said it can take up to a year or more so they should reconsider changing the name because by the time they can help you will probably be out of work and they don't care they act like they do but they don't so definitely try at your own risk
