The place was okay, but the manager is extremely rude. While I was on a work call, he came up to me in a disrespectful tone and told me to lower my voice in front of everyone. This is not a hospital—people have jobs and make calls. When the nail tech was finishing my nails, he rushed her and told her to hurry because someone else was waiting. I absolutely love this salon. I’ve tried so many salons in the Lehigh valley but this one is the only one where their techs are consistent, they don’t cut corners, they truly care about their craft! They take care of the cuticles, they leave time to cure, they don’t rush. Seriously impeccable. I love being able to schedule online too.
Loved how Alex treated me and she was attentive and amazing
It’s a mixed bag. All my sugaring was done by the best woman ever, pedicure was great, then they seemed incredibly rushed with the nails. Felt like they were getting mad at me because I was telling them the nail art did not look correct and that the coloring was wrong. But the woman doing my nails was obviously new at her job. Which would have been fine, but then expect to get things wrong and for them to take longer. They’re quite thick.
