Returned call quickly and appointment was inside of a week. Was told I needed a fan installed. The following week it was. Very pleased that my radon level has stayed below .75 since. Nice company to work with. Highly recommend
This is concerning Radon Mitigation. Wishing I could rate this company lower than a one star. Their customer service is extremely poor. Jeff came out to the house made a quick visit to see the situation. When we called back to ask a few questions about things like painting the white PVC brown, the color of our house, asking about fan size and doing electrical, Jeff's wife (answers the phone) had a melt down and was so rude on the phone.
