I felt like I was cattle, I was operated on, Dr, Ali did a horrible job, sent me out knowing that I would have to go back for more surgery. I'm elderly and now I find out that he won't finish the job that he started, now that's a REAL professional. I think that he needs to close his practice. He doesn't care about his patience, only money and how fast he can move us out of the chair. I'm disgusted with him.

If I could give this practice a lower rating I would. My son went in for wisdom teeth removal and they were unable to find a vein and told us he would need to have it done at the hospital. When asked to schedule, we were told they would reach out to us to schedule the surgery. We received a letter several days later that was postmarked the same day as his originally scheduled surgery, that stated that Dr. Ali was no longer performing elective surgery at hospital facilities and advising us to contact another practice. I made an appointment with PA Oral, Facial, & Implant Surgery, LLC all the way back in June 2024 for March 27th 2025 ... Today is March 20th I get a letter in the mail saying they called me and I didn't answer and they cancelled my appointment... They DID NOT call me they sent the same letter to everyone that has appointments you will see others say the same thing... This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL way to let people know they have to cancel appointments because there dentists is moving to another state ... I have had my face... read more

I wouldn't recommend this office. I scheduled my sons oral surgery consultation in early August and got an appointment for March 25th. They called today to cancel and not reschedule his consultation or surgery, saying they only have one Dr. and his schedule is already full for the rest of the year. My son is having orthodontic work done around this schedule and now I will probably have to wait at least 6 months for another appointment with a new oral surgeon. Don't waste your time.
