I first want to start off by saying I am rebuilding my credit and I do take part of the blame. When I first inquired about purchasing a home I was given false hope. I was told there was a 99% approval rate. My credit was ran and Christine Thierry gave me hope. I spent over $1500 for this process including a $650 application fee.
