Following up on review of Fred Martin. This person, FRANCIS FREDIN, is currently in prison, and still has my $10,000. See Lycoming County dockets. Lesson learned too late. Contractor number was not his, and expired. Paid deposit for metal roof, talks a great game. Put off installing roof for two months - loves to project blame back at customer - then went to state prison on drug charges (not the first time). Also, not a veteran. Started new roof installation December 16th and has not been back since. Both phone numbers are no longer in service & no response from Facebook. Will update review if anything changes. Immediately after posting my review, Frank contacted me. I’ll update the review as the job progresses. We were contacted by Frank and worked out a few details on getting the job completed. I updated to 3 stars and will continue to document how things progress.
