Should be zero! Svs cords and supervisors don’t return calls and will Give you a hard way to go..the so called manager Sheila is very unprofessional and very rude. There were a few Svs coordinators that I can honestly say were very good to me and genuinely tried to help. I would personally not recommend this entity because of management. This place is an absolute disgrace for employment. The pay is horrible for the amount of work expected. On-boarding is non existent. They dont teach you how to do anything but expect you to know how to and then when you dont you get reprimanded like a child and threatened a write up. They put too many people on a caseload, its not realistic. Its no wonder its a revolving door. Almost everyone who starts, quits.
