They went bankrupt...Are being sued by clients...I contacted the Attorney General in Harrisburg about them...Jim Shadle, owner just changed the name to Pa Basements...(He said he was dying before he hung up on me?)...Still trying to scam...
Not surprised this company isn't in business anymore. Sent guys that had no idea what they were doing so I sent them away. Were in the wrong room of our basement and in pajama pants. They stopped answering calls. Reported them to the Attorney General. Be careful as I heard the owner just renamed the company. Scammers.
Couldnt find and phone does not work
We have been dealing with this company since June of 2017. They put 3 sump pumps in our basement since we’ve been with this company they have been out to fix water leaking issues 12 times. Their workers have no clue why water keeps getting in and said they do not know what to do anymore about it. We requested for Jim to come out a second time to look at the issues but he’s been ignoring us. We call when there’s a leak/flood and a week later nobody has returned our call.
