I have been going to P&A for about a year and a half. I believe they have always been honest with me, and their customer service has been nothing short of excellent. Great customer service and friendly techs. Got right to the point and didn't try to sell me anything extra, I came in for a serpentine belt replacement and diagnostics and that's what I got and paid for. It was a relief especially since the day before I had terrible service at a Firestone, kept insisting on replacing parts I didn't ask for and they even tried to replace my tires and battery, those had nothing to do with a belt replacement. Highly recommend, definitely my new go to mechanic.
I really appreciate Alexa and the team here at P&A. I felt like they cared about me and got my car repaired or serviced at good prices. They even helped me with a car issue I had after I had moved away--they are awesome! Highly recommend.
