Called to ask a question about my vehicle and they were rushing me off the phone. Then i finally tried to explain what was wrong with my vehicle but before i could finish I was immediately told they don’t deal with that get a mechanic bye. I don’t know how you do business, but there are ways you tell people you don’t do certain things not just dismissive. It’s rude and disrespectful.
This review is long overdue, but needs to be said. I reached out to the mechanic a few weeks ago because my car had an ignition failure after a private locksmith I purchased de-programmed my key fob and key, and my car wouldn't start the night before. Let me tell you - I called them first thing in the morning on a terrible rainy day when I had to take off work for this mess.
