Unprofessional techs that come out and basically all u stupid and treat people that they are trash!!! Customer service is trash too, no one can answer questions but they keep over charging for the services

American Water are crook's.They sell over priced water with no customer service. They need to be reported to the BBB.
I now have an overdue bill because I never got a bill after moving to my new property. We set up the account when we moved but I got nothing. I sat on hold for over an hour and never spoke to a representative. Had to try a different line. I still don’t even knownif they will fix the issue or ever actually answer. I’m furious as I did nothing wrong and I’m being put through long waits and wasting my time for something I could not control. Bad service. If I wasn’t forced to be with them I would leave.
