Got a letter a couple of months ago stating my PCP, Dr. Inoue was ending his practice--end of story! Had to scramble to find another PCP. Subsequently, I start hearing from Dr. Inoue that I missed my appointment, and to call his office to reschedule. By that time, I had already established a relationship with a new PCP. This was very upsetting! I do not plan to return to see Dr. Inoue!
Absolutely fantastic staff, excellent, competent medical professionals. I was so happy I chose this place. They really care and I've never had a doctors office be so responsive and communicative. I couldn't recommend them enough.
