Absolutely the best state park in central Florida. There is something to do for everyone. Kayaking, Hiking, Horseback Riding, swimming, fishing, camping (primitive, luxury tents, cabins) and on and on. Highly recommend.
This is a very peaceful place, I liked enjoying going out near the lake at night and contemplating the starry sky, the facilities very clean, the attention at the entrance gate very friendly, I really recommend it to enjoy with the family.

Great variety of experiences from hiking the trails,swimming in the lake, camping or staying in a cabin, and riding horses or paddling in a kayak.
what a beautiful place. it's close to all the tourist areas but seems so far away from them also. I love the nature and the trails.
lovely spacious site. clean bathrooms and showers. you can fish, kayak, & swim. i love it here and will b back.
We had a lot of fun with the family and many things to do, kayaking, boating, horse riding and everything in the scenery is beautiful.
