Nice facility, however Ann Narin was unpleasant to deal with
Here is Ann Narin's response to the news of a tenant who passed away. The lease does say there is a 28 day cancelation, but considering the situation, I called on Dec 27th saying everything was moved out and hoping for a compromise. Its only $95 but should be public. "We've received the voicemail. I called back and left a voicemail that we need 28-day notice. However, this is a unique case. " "However, this is a unique case" odd way to give condolences.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The Saukville location is staffed with an excellent group of people who displayed great customer service but more importantly kindness when it was very much needed. Thank you all!
