tried to order a performance kit advertised on their website, available at a certain price. i hopped on ordering, PAID, got email confirmation of the order at the price advertised. following day the order was cancelled and money refunded with NO EXPLANATION whatsoever. i wrote and asked what happened. NEVER corresponded. unless you're down there with money in Tom's face - he dont care about you. terrible customer service. his website is dated and i can only figure he cancelled the order because he wanted more for the kit tha... read more
