On time great work & friendly
There was a problem with the gas line connection and Phillip came out and fixed it. The unit is running smoothly and a job well done
I had them install a new hvac unit in summer 2023. They didn’t connect the gas, but rather capped it off so no heat. I’ve called and emailed the boss and he doesn’t respond to fix the poor installation job. I spent over 13k on this new unit and they need to install it properly to make sure both ac/ heat are working. Never again will I use or recommend this company
Our a/c went out Saturday evening and P&X was out first thing the next morning. Phillip was amazing. He was honest, thorough, and quick on the repairs. He discussed our options and wasn’t pushy. P&X turned a bad situation into a great experience.
