The first time I went the nail tech almost cut the tip of my finger with clippers if I had not moved she would have. The male technician hurt my toe nail bed so bad I was bleeding and couldn't wear the shoes I had planned to wear to a wedding. I made an appointment to go back to have a fill in. I asked for the earliest appointment. They said 10:00 then called and said the guy (who i specifically asked not to have) called in sick could I come at 11. they kept me there for 3 hours, made me sit there for an hour while they worked on others who got their after me and left before me, despite scheduling an appointment a week prior, drilled down my nails to the point that they are extremely sore and none of them are even. they did apologize for making me sit there but no discount or anything was fixed and they rushed the application of my nails

Looks like a child did my toes. Then had attitude when messed one up. Think she needs eyes checked.
