Came here to replace the air-conditioning blower! Overall satisfied with the service! Oh and need to make an appointment and was happy! Near by restaurants, bakery, & coffee shops so you can relax while you car is taken care of! Last but not least, there is 3.5% charge if you are using the credit card and the was told ahead of time, unlike the other auto repair shops! Overall satisfied and 5 🌟
This Father and Son shop is an excellent place to take your car for service and smog checks. Over the years they have helped me keep my car in good order and done my smog certificates. Dennis the smog tech greeted me as soon as i walked in & attended me in the matter of seconds. He got to work in my car to run the smog check with no wasted time. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Great customer service and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!
Dennis, the owner and his crew are excellent. I took my 1994 Chevy c2500 to them because I needed my ball joints, oil pan gasket, power steering hose, and gear box worked on. I was also on a very tight schedule and Dennis assured me that my truck will be ready in a timely manner. Not only did he keep his word, my truck drives great again! I was struggling to find a trustworthy mechanic Shop, but I finally found it. If you’re looking for great customer service and honest work, P&W Auto Services is the spot!
I requested Oil & Filter service and brake inspection be performed on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma and I specifically emphasized that I wanted no leaks from the engine area after the service. When finished I drove approximately 1 mile to my house parked the vehicle for about 30 minutes and then noticed 4 oil spots that came from the vehicle chassis.
