Richard offered me a great price for his services. The day after his shop finished, the codes came back on. He offered to continue working on the car to fix what I had already paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back in because I was moving. He refunded me quickly and with no hassle. I wish all auto shops were as honest and helpful as him.
Richard was really knowledgeable, helpful, and at a great price. We talked while he was helping and I learned a lot about how to properly maintain my car to get the most out of its mileage. 10/10 experience
