I had my suspension repaired, and they explained how different parts were worn out instead of just replacing everything. They showed the damaged components so I could understand why the repair was necessary. The ride quality has improved noticeably after the fix.
After doing some research I reached out to PV Auto for an estimate. They were 40% less than another reputable repair shop and 75% less than the dealership. This was for a repair on my car that my daughter is driving. I live out of state. PV Auto completed the repair ahead of schedule and when my daughter went to pay, they charged her less than the estimate! I totally recommend this business as a trustworthy auto repair shop. Richard is awesome, has worked on my cars for years!
Richard offered me a great price for his services. The day after his shop finished, the codes came back on. He offered to continue working on the car to fix what I had already paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back in because I was moving. He refunded me quickly and with no hassle. I wish all auto shops were as honest and helpful as him.
