We loved our visit here. We were in town very briefly staying at a hotel across the street and were excited to try this delightful looking place. There were three staff members working, all super kind and helpful during ordering. Our party got an iced mocha, raspberry ‘French’ (Italian) soda, and French hot chocolate which we all tried and all loved. Especially the mocha and soda — best I’ve had I would say. We ordered and waited, waited, and waited. Finally, we realized that our order was not being processed. Mistakes happen. Not an issue. What disturbing is that the staff immediately started blaming us, the client. This is not acceptable. After waiting for about 20min, we left without any coffee.
