The food is good, the coffee is great, but the service is horrible. More often than not, they get the order wrong, forget something or both. Today it was both. They are so consistent in making errors that it cannot be random. The workers are polite but incompetent. Every few months, there is a 100% staff turnover. Then the new staff make the same errors. I love this spot. My favorite coffee and pastry shop in Evanston! Super cute, great pastries, and a good coffee/tea selection. I've been coming here for 5 years and will as long as I'm in the area. Big shout out to TJ for the excellent customer service. I needed some help getting an old receipt and he was very helpful.
