Many PTerry locations are now open 24 hours which is GREAT for me because I work the overnight shift. I ordered my first meal for delivery tonight and it tasted great and the delivery went perfectly. I’m glad PTerry’s uses Uber Eats. I experience better service with them than DoorDash.
NO FOOD EATEN. Review about service: its easier to get out of car if this is an option. The drive thru is too chaotic and long with 2 lines. One line seems to take the orders while the other is at a standstill. Waited for 20 mins, thought I ordered something but did not receive a confirmation. Ultimately stuck in the line. Upon my turn, Order was cancelled and I just drove off. They definently need a better system. Not sure if this is standard or Holiday played a part. Prices were reasonable and simple menu.
Slowest there is, quality isn’t what it’s supposed to be.
i have to edit review after a series of poor incidents from the late night staff at this establishment. i'm not sure when the standards went out the window here for the night crew, but it has been readily apparent for months now. check the other reviews. i'm not the only one saying this. i got some gnarly food poisoning from here last night, and i'm missing the 4th of july because of it now.
