I visited this location for lunch today with a co-worker. We ordered our food, was never asked if it was the sandwich only or the combo. We received our food and there were no fries. So we asked about the fries. The cashier at the window and the drive thru speaker both stated, your order was repeated back to you and you ok'ed it. I have frequently received luke warm fries from this location. Their food is okay but too often I get cold stuff
This is a pretty typical burger place. Burgers are good, but to me nothing stands out. They are known for their selection of ingredients. For example, their meats are without hormones or antibiotics, and other foods are fresh and some local. One woman told me one day that it is the only burger place they go to because her son had some food allergies and the didn't have to worry about them at P. Terry's.
