The service was terrible! He messed up my order and refused to give me my drink. Then he refused to get my friend his milkshake after HE PAID FOR IT and showed the receipt. He had no idea how to talk to people.

Placed my order on the app, asked for no cheese, picked up in the drive thru (“both lanes “ sign was up but online one line was acknowledged. I got back on the one line and made it to the window and thanked the staff for my order and drove off. Both sandwiches had cheese on them, we returned to the restaurant to have the order corrected. 🤦🏾‍♀️ No one was at the register, only the kitchen staff cranking out orders. Walked in to eat today, and after ordering I was surprised to see how dirty the restaurant dining area was. The area where the soda machine is was also dirty and there were no straws available. Many tables were visibly dirty with stains and leftover food and there were a bunch of flies flying around the place. Makes you question the hygiene of the kitchen itself…….

Burger Stand on Martin Luther King Blvd in Austin. While breakfast is usually okay, the evening service is consistently poor and had a very disappointing experience at P. Terry’s Burger Stand.
