An Austin institution
Worst service I've had at any fast food establishment. It was around midnight after the fundraiser for Kerr county. I understand workers were probably tired. That being said, i went to pick up an order and the workers saw me at the window for about 10mins and no one came to the window. They just stared at me. So frustrating
