Not sure where the service went from the owner. Did not & would not help a person that I sent there even when said bike should be covered by warranty. I sent a person there who put money down on a bike & went back the following week to find out they sold that bike. Won,t be going or telling people a thing about the place, like they say if you can,t say something nice do say anything..
I would like to thank you P&T Fitness for blaming the rider for his riding style and for the way the rider replaces a cut side wall on now six, maybe seven tires, in which the shop installed the newest one, so is it safe to say the shop is no better? I guess it's also safe to say that there is a definite rim issue. I would like to say thanks to said shop for NOT having the honor or decency to make phone calls to bicycle manufacturers and honoring the warranty that should and is still valid. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Just bought a Landice treadmill. They set it up, and they returned a few days letter to make a couple of necessary adjustments. Great folks. Highly recommend!
