Needed clean windows for a holiday party. Called. Booked appointment. Confirmed appointment. "I'll be there by 7am". Never showed. Called @ 8:15. He had excuses and claims of being "outside my house". No one was there - plus it's a gated community. Also claimed to have called - mysteriously no messages or TXTs. The story kept changing to fit the situation Then he said the weather was too bad to do the job. When I persisted, he said "I'll be there in a few hours..." Would you trust this person in your home?
