WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE!
Terrible is one word that would described my experiences with P & S realty and Fern Place apartments. Another word would be disrespectful as in disrespectful not only to the tentants but the apartments and please don't complain see how far that gets you. Only thing i have to say is enter at your own risk.
