I contacted Alex for repair and maintenance request and he sent a tech out on the same day. Un fortunately my AC stopped working and few a few later the day before my open house! I contacted Alex immediately and on a day that he was very busy but he said he'd come out to troubleshoot that day. Incredibly Alex came out at 10:00 that night and discovered that I needed a new motor and he could have it repaired the following day. Alex is extremely responsive and reasonably priced. Nice guy, too. Used him several times and will use again. 2025 Update: Just had him install a new water tank for me with some additional valve replacements. Very competitive price and quick to respond. Alex and his growing team are great and Alex is always quick to address any issues, concerns or questions you have.
