I wish I would have been fortunate enough to have a 5 star experience with PS Cool Heat. Alex replaced the old tank water heater with a tankless. Prices were competitive and water heater works great. The problems started when I asked about the inspection. Be aware that the price of the permit to have the work inspected is not built into the quote. Wow… I can see why PS cool and Alex was so highly recommended! Alex was very thorough and professional. He listened to what I was hoping to achieve, that I wanted this furnace to hopefully last for another year before replacing it . He recommended the necessary changes which made total sense to me. Thank you, Alex!

Pavel arrived on time. He listened to my problem. He checked the current settings on the furnace and the thermostat. He scrolled through all the installer settings. Pavlov and Alex was here for less than 10 minutes. I felt they wanted to get out quickly, that they were in a hurry and they weren’t very communicative about what they actually did. This was the first time I used your service and I’m not sure if I will use it again. I asked Pavlov if he would Program my thermostat and I felt that he was upset that I was even asking him to do that he said he didn’t know how to do it anyway. My first impression with your company was not favorable.
