Avoid at all costs. This company is extremely unprofessional to deal with. Every single time there is an issue with our lift they take weeks to come out with a technician. I don't understand why they have such poor support - you're running a lift company, you should have 24 hour support available but you don't. They only operate during business hours Monday to Friday, and if you get stuck in your lift outside of these hours they recommend calling the fire brigade.
