This is a family owned company. According to Lucia whom i've had the pleasure of speaking with. I have lived in two other buildings owned by PR INVESTMENTS. They have helped me locate to different parts of the valley and I have to say for a small company they are the fastest with repairs/ emergencies! Highly recommended. R. Gen
I was discriminated by this company bc I own a 5 lbs medical and emotional support dog. They did not even run my credit. It is against ADA to discriminate against someone because of a disability and a need for a service dog. I have reported this company and Preston Robins into ADA, HUD, and Fair Housing Department in LA. I make way more than they required, had a good credit score, and they came out with frivolous reasons why I was declined on my application to rent, refused to give me a copy of my credit report, and refused ... read more
