Love that I can get lab work done early in the morning with almost no wait and not have to go to Labcorp. Doctors always spend plenty of time with me and have been right on target with prescriptions and cures.
I have been a patient for almost 40 years excellent doctors and staff. Very attentive and listens to your concerns, never making you feel rushed or just a number. Always feel comfortable and very confident with their medical advice and answers for my health . Dr Papoi is my doctor but always feel the same with all their doctors, nurses, and the staff.
They have an excellent team with compassion and a lot of knowledge.
PR Family Medicine is focus on your medical needs. The staff listen and get it, they really care. All of the staff are highly trained medical professionals that will work with you on all of your health care needs.
I called the “on-call” 5 times (starting at 11:30pm, it’s now 1am and we’re through triage at the ER) after my 5 day old daughter spit up blood. They didn’t even call back to find out what the problem was. We’ll be finding a new practice tomorrow.
