They did an evaluation on my girlfriend and very obviously did not listen to anything she said… Almost seems like the woman sent someone else’s evaluation info back to her. Like completely made up details about almost everything. We’re reading this evaluation wondering what this woman was on when she performed the evaluation.
I set up an appointment after asking if a particular service was available. I was told yes. I repeatedly said it was to be an in person appointment during the call where I set up the appointment. 3 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I get a notification to join a remote call. I type in the chat 3 times that I'm in the waiting room. Ignored. I finally get on the mic and say I'm waiting outside. The door opens to her office and two unknown people leave the room. literally anyone else, anyone. typed away on her keyboard the whole time, no eye contact, no follow up questions. Side note: You should have a little shame actually requesting people to call you DOCTOR Lynda when you graduated with a DNP from Walden online. Get real. what a wack.
The worst facility I have encountered. Doctor failed to call in all my wife's meds. 5 days later I've heard every excuse and lie in the book. It's not right to hold medication for someone whose been on it for over 20 years! I DO Not recommend this facility at all.
Very kind understanding Dr. He always has a resolution to whatever I'm going through and gives great advice :)
