I rented from them for 8 1/2years, paid my rent timely every month, barely called for maintenance issues even though there were constant issues at our apartment and we barely got a security deposit back. They charged us $150 for a hole in a closet door that we did NOT do but because I have a new phone the old pictures from when maintenance came and had to fix door bc it wouldn't stay on the hinges we get pinned with having to pay for the damages. No beauty shines brighter than a good hearted person! I recently moved out of one of their properties because of a milestone in my relationship. However, I wanted to share what amazing landlords I had. They were always attentive to my needs, if anything needed attention they sent someone over in impressive timing.
