I rented from them for 8 1/2years, paid my rent timely every month, barely called for maintenance issues even though there were constant issues at our apartment and we barely got a security deposit back. They charged us $150 for a hole in a closet door that we did NOT do but because I have a new phone the old pictures from when maintenance came and had to fix door bc it wouldn't stay on the hinges we get pinned with having to pay for the damages. No beauty shines brighter than a good hearted person! I recently moved out of one of their properties because of a milestone in my relationship. However, I wanted to share what amazing landlords I had. They were always attentive to my needs, if anything needed attention they sent someone over in impressive timing. I have been renting with P & P Property Management, LLC going on two Decades. They have always been efficient and effortlessly courteous, and professional.I have grown very fond of the owners and office staff as well over these years. They have been there even when I was too ill to know I was ill, with encouragement that gave me the energy to sick professional medical attention.
