If you are seeking to work here, make sure you live in Indianapolis and not a surrounding county. You will also not be paid your worth. I just got a new job paying more with the State of Indiana. This company is huge on a three-month training and being on call as a Program Coordinator there are plenty staff shortages with Direct Support Specialists. I have only met the COO virtually and the Program Manager who watches you like a hawk and excessively works covering shifts and is in the office every other day.
If you are seeking support for your family, I recommend this organization. Owner and staff are knowledgeable, caring, and informative to your family needs.
