Buckle up... this is a bit of a ride. In 2017 my family bought our first home. We lived there for maybe 2 months... right into the heat of the Florida summer, when our AC stops working. We were already just about broke because of the closing costs for the house. So I searched an affordable company nearby to try and fix the AC. Enter P&P. Appointment was rescheduled due to being short a tech and my tech being two hours away. That would be fine, if they didn’t call me two hours into the service window after I had taken off work (2-5pm, call was at 3:55pm). The courtesy call should have been in the morning as now I need to make further arrangements. No appointments during the weekends unless an emergency, as a courtesy this could have also been an option.
We have had several issues with our AC unit, ducts and drain pipe and they came out and fixed it right away. Amazing customer service and excellent work for a very reasonable price!
our air stopped working suddenly and P and P came for service call within 12 hours. We are so thankful for the service provided. Our technician was Bentley, and he was absolutely wonderful, very polite and answered all our questions. An unexpected rain storm popped up and he got soaked and he just kept on working like a charm. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much !!!!!
Miscommunication, outrageous estimate that seemed VERY high for what was requested. Had a 2nd opinion & let's just say something wasn't supposed to be how it was found which correlated with the estimate that was given.
