our air stopped working suddenly and P and P came for service call within 12 hours. We are so thankful for the service provided. Our technician was Bentley, and he was absolutely wonderful, very polite and answered all our questions. An unexpected rain storm popped up and he got soaked and he just kept on working like a charm. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much !!!!!
Miscommunication, outrageous estimate that seemed VERY high for what was requested. Had a 2nd opinion & let's just say something wasn't supposed to be how it was found which correlated with the estimate that was given.
Always great customer service, knowledgeable staff and prompt attention to our needs. My husband and I are glad we went with P&P Heating and Cooling. Whether it's a question of concern or were having an issue, they are always available to answer, or set us up to have it checked out. I would highly recomend.

My AC broke on Sunday night before Memorial Day. I found P&P Heating and Cooling online. The service was excellent and professional. They sent me text messages keeping me informed on the arrival of the technician. Wes was very polite and knowledgeable. Repaired my unit very quickly and did subsequent test on the intake and outlet air vent to verify everything was working as it should. I am very satisfied and happy to have found a trustworthy company for future needs. Thank you.
