After explaining how I lost my job & am not gainfully employed, they refused ANY offer for a missed pmt & started chgs for so-called maintenance issues/drive-by assessments - ALL ridiculous, now attorney fees & lawsuit fees? These people are terrible. I would give ZERO stars. Their security officer attempted to bully, threaten, and then stalk my wife. The office staff is incompetent and dishonest. Stay away!!!
I was excited when the property management company that managed my rental property changed to POSolutions because the previous company was generally disengaged. Thus far I have been greatly disappointed. I have been trying to get a maintenance issue resolved for MONTHS and I seem to get a different recommendation every time I call. They have promised me a return call on several occasions which I didn't receive. Beyond frustrating.
Im sorry to tell you, but your HOA has made a terrible mistake switching to this company...OMG
