You will have to wait until your appt. time. But there is parking on the side of the road. So you can check in early if you want. Nice folks. They will load you pretty fast.

8 am appointment , checked in 7.30, empty and Bol in hand before 8.30am. Overnight Street parking. Restroom on the backside of the shipping office
Had a good experience with them. Had no problems getting unloaded
