I had the worst experience I ever had in any nail shop yesterday between the hour of four and 430 at P nails. I will never step my food in the shop anymore. The lady was rude. No any customer service scale she was rough with My with my nails And no communication was she? She was very rude. She’s not even fit to be a nail tech.
I went in for a manicure. I despise when nail techs treat men like they don’t know what a manicure is supposed to be. This place gave me really poor service. The tech was rough with my hands, bending and tugging on my fingers unnecessarily. She flew through the processes, super fast, barely pushing any cuticle up, barely trimming any extra skin around the nails, zero attempt to scrape under the fingernails.
