Damaged my skin and nail beds and had to report it, Nails came off within a few days after they were defective They keep spamming good reviews to hide negative ones Wouldn’t refund me or take $70 only as a compromise to them trying to charge $130 for a gel pedicure and manicure. Only take cash app or Zelle with no disclosure till its time to pay. It hasn’t been resolved, they have taken 0 accountability so the passive behavior is unnecessary
Was not very nice, the lady kept cutting my cuticle and made me bleed. My nails are literally on fire from the drill as well. Would NOT EVER GO BACK AGAIN
