My youngest son has autism. He’s afraid of doctors. He’s 16 years old now, but when he started seeing Dr. Neal, I think he was maybe three years old. Dr. Neal looked at his chart and realized that he had autism. On our very first visit, he took his lab coat off before he entered the room.
