great this managment company is really great. they will have anything fixed as soon as you let them know. they are very friendly and always willing to help!
Worst managment company ever! The above person has it right on. They are the worst! My girlfriend and I just moved out of a two bedroom house they rented us for 4 years, and they charged us for every little thing. They never fixed anything that needed to be fixed, and after we moved out, they replaced things in the house that did not need to be replaced. I will be reporting a negetive report to the Better Buisness Bureau, and the housing authority!
THE WORSE YOU RENT HERE PREPARE TO PAY the PRICE. This is the worse Management company. I had very bad experience with them. after you move in they are not the same and don't try to complaint about something that is at their fault because they are never wrong you are. They will charge you for all your repairs even if your not at fault. When you move out and they don't like you. They won't give you Fair references. Some managers are Drug addicts and Their landscapers are DRUNKS. Some properties they don't allow pets but the M... read more
