I strongly do not recommend this agency. My experience throughout the tenancy process was extremely poor. Their communication was highly unprofessional, their explanations were often inconsistent, and they kept lying. Whenever issues arose, they repeatedly delayed, brushed things off, and tried to avoid responsibility. What was most disappointing was their complete lack of basic accountability throughout the entire process.
