I have worked with PM Realty for many years. I have had the opportunity to engage with them as both a tenant and an owner. They are always very helpful and responsive, and do everything with the utmost respect and a smile on their face. I highly recommend PM Realty for your real estate needs.
Good experience but still needs improvement. There were some issues along the way, such as the agreed open day was cancelled and the carpet was not cleaned by the effective date of the lease, but overall the communication and cooperation was relatively smooth.
Thank you Szilvia, Perly and the team for making the process of securing our rental so stress-free and pleasant. Viewed the property at 12:10pm and was approved for the lease by 4pm same day. Amazing!! 🤩
