Wow Rat infested 4 plex 18TH St. They let their renters run wild and store wood and junk outside the front of the unit. Looked horrible!
Willing to work with you I have rented through a few different management companies in Albany and Corvallis. And my personal experience is, PM will work things out with you. When I had car repairs and asked if I could pay late, they said yes and allowed me to waive the late fee once. With repairs, I could just call and leave a message and it was done in just a few days. I am thankful I never had the experiences these other folks had. Mine was great.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Missing money without receipts, made expensive repairs without notification, rude, unprofessional. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND THINK THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!
mold and no fix documented 4 a year!!! slumlords to the max
stop do not rent from them! they will not fix anything and if they do even if its a fridge it will take three mounths. they also have no problem renting a house to a family and not telling them the bank is in prosses of forclosure. i dont even wish this comp. on my enemys familys!!!!!!!
