We had this gentleman scheduled to come out and do our appraisal on June 23. He emailed that day and said he had technical issues and needed to reschedule. No big deal, we rescheduled for the following day. He showed up and did the appraisal no problem. The following week he sent an email saying he got bit by something and was going to have the report done by Friday July 3. We got nothing. The following week, I emailed to follow up and got nothing. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT trust this business with your appraisal needs. The owner was paid and commissioned to do an appraisal on 7/27/2018 for a house that would close on 9/5/2018. He performed the appraisal on 8/16/2018 and said that he would get the report turned in within the next week. Then came the excuses…my computer crashed, I got assaulted, I’m sick…the list is endless.
