We had a problem with our basement power tripping. I called Phil and asked about making an appointment. First he asked me some questions about the problem, then gave me recommendations to try to fix it *before* having them make a service call. I tried the fixes he recommended, and we no longer have the problem! I appreciate that he took the time to help me over the phone, and saved me the cost of a service call. I will absolutely call them if we have any electrical problems or installation needs in the future!
