We called P&K Plumbing when our battery backup sump pump kept alarming even after we checked all the suggested problems (e.g, fuses, battery, etc.) Hayden came to the house a couple of hours after we originally called (same day!) and did a thorough check of the whole pump system. Finding no obvious problem, Hayden discussed with us that our pump was ten years old and may be close to needing replacement but there was NO PRESSURE to sell us anything.
