If I could, I would give them a negative star rating. They have been to our home twice and still didn't get all the bugs. They don't answer their phone or tell you what you need to do for follow up after extermination. I went to a store to get a fogger to get rid of the bugs and another customer asked me what I was trying to get exterminated. He said not to call P&K as they were a joke. I said that they were at our home twice already. The bugs were back 2 weeks after the first extermination and they wanted proof....like why ... read more
P&K Pest Control is an excellent family owned company.
Wonderful customer service!! We had been finding hornets in our house one Saturday and couldn't find the entry point. We have a baby and I was so concerned that she would get stung. We called a couple of other pest control business but they said they couldn't come until the following Monday. When I called P&K and gave the info, he said he would be there as soon as he could, despite it being a Saturday! We were so grateful for his timeliness and shared concern for our family.
