This Mangment company is joke they sit in there little office and don’t care about there property they just recently wired shut the empty tennis court which is the only safe place of kids to play yet they do nothing about broken sprinklers and they have dead grass everywhere except what you can see from the street they alway turn off the water with no notice no on site management have broken glass all over the back of the apartments shame on you guys for taking hoa fees and doing nothing
Non responsive, no follow up details on changes needed to be made on requests for approval. Spent 6 months going through minor yard changes for Karen to finally notify me and still have no resolve. Would not recommend, 0 out of 5!
Shady fraudulent company BEWARE!
Not a good experience with them, do not recommend this company. They don’t get back to you about renovations or repairs. No one responds to emails.
