More drivers need to write reviews. The receiving guy Greg is the worst person you will ever talk to. They have a huge open yard but will make you back out and park on the street with no parking signs and wait there hours. I’m definitely charging an extra $500 if I ever have to deliver here again.
They fully earned this one-star review. I called to confirm the stock and price of 15-gauge rebar tie wires before sending a driver to pick them up, which involved a 45-minute trip. Upon arrival, the driver discovered they only had 16-gauge ties. Multiple calls between the Fremont and Turlock locations resulted in no effort to rectify the situation.
