Great practice with experts who care for the patient.
It has been years since I felt like a Dr actually listened to me and treated me like a human being. Dr. Kay was a breath of fresh air! He listened, like actually listened, not just that blank look while they stare at your face pretending to listen either! He listened and asked questions about things I said. He genuinely seemed to care. I can’t describe how that feels after so many very bad experiences. I highly recommend him for anyone with chronic pain conditions involving joints. Met with Dr Jamie Kay on very short notice. His staff was very helpful in getting me an appointment!! He listened to my concerns and I am scheduled for surgery next month to correct my knee issues! Thank you!!!!
I saw Dr. Kay for a knee issue. He listened to what I had to say & communicated well with me. He was not pushy. He examined my knee & leg well. We decided to try a cortisone shot which is helping with the pain. I was very pleased with Dr. Kay & the staff. I will return there when the need arises again.
Dr. Kay is very knowledgeable and caring. He reviewed carefully my medical issues. He provided a treatment plan that provided different options and a timetable that met my needs. Overall, Dr. Kay is an excellent physician.
